Remote Digital Customer Support

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Digital Customer Support to join our dynamic team.

The primary purpose of the role is to act as the representative of the on-site Customer Care Team providing digital customer support to both Team members and responding to purchasers in accordance with the Company’s standards of customer service.

Job Duties:

  • Receives and responds to inquiries regarding company loyalty programs
  • Receives and responds to inquiries relating to our E-commerce platform and in-store experiences
  • Log all calls and emails into the ticketing system for proper attention, follow-up, and reporting
  • Assistance with all types of transactions processed by the customers

Core Skills/Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (multilingual skills are a plus)
  • Computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Flexibility and readiness to go with all up-to-date processes

Remote Project Manager

We are currently looking for 2 candidates for the Remote Remote Project Manager to join our team.

Your first task is to lead a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives. You will be working closely with upper management and project team members to establish project needs, deadlines and budgets.

Job Duties:

  • Receive and respond to inquiries regarding company loyalty programs
  • Forecast, Order and maintain all equipment/material necessary for each project based on project schedule
  • Track all project budgets and ensure that they are up to date and properly forecasted for upcoming months
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
